Nicolas SAMZUN
Chairman
Nicolas is the chairman of TEMANO. After setting up the marine works company Alpha et Co in 2015, he joined forces with Quentin DEMOULIN to found TEMANO in January 2022. He is involved in developing solutions within the design office and oversees marine works, ensuring that construction sites and offshore installations run smoothly.
Quentin DEMOULIN
CEO
Quentin is the director of TEMANO. After co-founding the engineering consultancy TELASTO with Nicolas SAMZUN in 2021, he helped set up TEMANO in January 2022, which was formed from the merger of TELASTO and Alpha et Co. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the engineering department and the workshop, from the design of solutions through to their manufacture.
Alan MELLET
Modelling and Design Engineer
Alan is a modelling and design engineer at TEMANO. He joined the company in September 2023 on a one-year work-study programme before continuing his career as part of the team. His work focuses in particular on the 3D modelling of TEMANO’s solutions, the design of mooring areas and the calculations required for the technical validation of projects.
Emile FAVRE
Project Engineer
Emile is a project engineer at TEMANO. He joined the team in September 2024, having previously completed an internship with the company as part of his engineering studies. He is involved in project management, R&D, and liaising with clients and suppliers.
Victor MARTIN
Environmental Engineering Trainee
Victor is an engineering trainee and environmental manager at TEMANO. He joined the company in September 2024 as part of a three-year work-study programme. He is working to reduce the environmental impact of mooring solutions and is involved in developing TEMANO’s environmental strategy, particularly through the eco-design of products, the assessment of their environmental impact and the recovery of materials.
Clara HONORÉ
Executive and Sales Assistant
Clara has been an executive assistant and sales representative at TEMANO since October 2025. Her responsibilities include sales follow-up, administrative management, project management and the logistical organisation of the company’s deliveries and travel arrangements.
Maxence LE PENNEC
Quality Manager
Maxence is a technician and workshop quality manager at TEMANO. He joined the team in March 2025. He is involved in the manufacture, assembly and rigging of TEMANO’s solutions, as well as in product testing and conformity checks. He also takes part in offshore projects to install equipment.
François-Xavier HALLAIS
Production Manager
FX is the workshop production manager at TEMANO. He joined the team in June 2025. He is involved in organising and supervising the manufacture, assembly and rigging of TEMANO’s solutions, whilst also ensuring product quality and compliance. He also takes part in offshore projects to install the equipment.
